Following the guidelines of health and government agencies, we’re happy to offer contactless delivery to residents in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
STEP 1: Send us your prescription by email or fax at (905) 272-9177 and we will take care of it straight away. For all orders made before 3pm, patients can expect a same-day delivery between 6–9pm.
STEP 2: You will get a call from us when we’re close by to ensure you’re home.
STEP 3: We will leave your medication at your front door.

Our team has previously worked in large retail pharmacies and found it challenging to develop strong bonds with patients in a corporate format. We knew we had to do something different, so in 2014, Life Watch Pharmacy was born.
We strongly believe that everyone should have access to excellent, timely healthcare, and being independently-owned, we’re structured to be more agile, responsive, and genuine compared to others.
Amna Mian,
Designated Manager & Clinical Pharmacist
Always friendly and personable, Amna is our designated pharmacy manager. Beyond ensuring all patients get their medication perfect and on-time, she is also a knowledgeable expert on drug interactions, dosing, therapy optimization, diabetes management, and general prescription counselling.
Amna is a University of Toronto graduate with First and Second Class Honours (BSc. Phm) and brings with her 15 years of clinical pharmacy experience in Ontario at institutions like Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital and Brampton Civic Hospital, plus retailers such as Shoppers Drug Mart, Rexall and Pharmasave.
Mustafa Siddiqi,
Director
Mustafa graduated from medical school in 2013 with a Doctor of Medicine degree. From there, he embarked on various health care projects aimed at improving patient access — the most prominent of which was creating and spearheading a first-of-its-kind medical residency program that services First Nations in northern Ontario. His interests are on the future role of digital health and security, as well as improving patient access. He is currently working on his Global Executive Masters in Business Health and Life sciences at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
Mohammad Saleem Mian,
Owner
Mohammad is a Pharmaceutical Chemist with extensive experience in research and development, having previously taught organic chemistry at the College of Pharmacy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. His passion in the health field, combined with that of his daughter Amna's, led him to pursue his dream of opening his own pharmacy in 2014. Today, as Life Watch’s owner and director, he thoroughly enjoys overseeing its daily operations and is known as the cornerstone of its patient relationships and great customer service.
